Mission Community Market

by Jill

This may be a tiny market compared to some but it packs a big fresh, fun and tasty punch. Despite its small size, Mission Community Market has managed to assemble an eclectic and diverse mix of vendors. Expect produce from Twin Girls Farms, the ever popular 4505 Meats, Home Maid Ravioli serving (you guessed it) homemade ravioli and other pastas, as well as cheeses, chocolates, olive oils and more. And by "more" I mean there is also street food if you're too hungry to cook up your goodies at home and handmade non-edibles like soaps and jewelry. Hands-on activities, cooking demos and live music round out the community market experience. The Market is held on Thursdays from 4-8 p.m.
